Erik Johnson has been building custom PC systems and
providing troubleshooting and consulting services for
more than 10 years. His area of expertise centers
on the capabilities, configuration, and troubleshooting
of a wide variety of operating systems (DOS and Windows
95 through Windows XP) as well as software (Microsoft
Office, Microsoft Front Page, firewall and antivirus
software, e-mail, and Web browser software). In his
role as a senior software engineer for Connectecs.com
and Star Internet,
from 1997-2003, he worked on a wide range of products,
including Norton AntiVirus, Symantec AntiVirus for Domino
(Lotus Notes), and Norton AntiVirus for Firewalls and
E-Mail Gateways. He is an expert in the trojan/spyware/virus
area, including detection, repair, and infection-prevention
Senior Technical Supervisor
Michael Rainey has been working in the industry for over 10 years, with a wide variety of experience from basic troubleshooting to coordinating quality assurance programs for major projects at industry leading companies. Proficient in all Windows operating systems from 3.0 to XP, he knows the machines inside and out. With a CompTIA A+ technical certification and experience in all facets of computers; from coding basic tools, web design, running software quality assurance departments, and building literally hundreds of computers, his background provides a solid base of knowledge to draw from in order to quickly determine the root cause of your problem, and implement a solution.
Joe Rock has been a computer technician in the
Philadelphia area for 3 years. His experience includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various operating systems from Windows 95 - Windows XP. His other skills include firewall setup, adware/spyware and virus removal, and data recovery. Joe looks forward to helping the customer get the most out of their PC.
Denise White has over 20 years
experience in the computer industry. She has held
positions at several Fourtune 500 companies
including test engineer, diagnostic software engineer,
and field service engineer. System design for
suitability to task is a specialty.
She is an avid computer hobbyist who has used and
customized MoveableType and Wordpress content
management systems (blogging software). Her experience
includes database applications, Microsoft Office
suite, and HTML. Denise is experienced at the
installation and configuration of wireless networks,
routers, and firewalls. Denise can instruct in the use
of software used to create and maintain personal web
D'Andre Parmley has worked in the computer industry for six years. His experience includes installing, configuring, and supporting all operating systems from Windows 95 – Windows XP, networks, and various software platforms. D'Andre is COMPTIA A+ certified and holds an AA degree in Computer Networking and Technology. One of
D'Andre’s greatest joys is helping the customer
receive the greatest satisfaction possible and he will
go out of his way to ensure that every customer is left
with a positive experience. His other skills include spyware and virus removal, configuring wireless networks, and general PC troubleshooting.
